About

In 2011 and 2012, Ed Cabellon, Kat Cornetta, Kenn Elmore, and many others hosted the first Student Affairs Technology Unconference events in Boston. In 2013, the model has been expanded to a total of multiple sites throughout the US and Canada, organized and executed by fantastic professionals in Student Affairs and Higher Education. We’re excited to continue this series in 2014 under the leadership of Kristen Abell.

Our mission is to:

1. To connect those in our profession interested in learning and sharing knowledge about technology in Student Affairs.
2. To expose folks to the “Unconference” model of professional development / learning.
3. To foster unique opportunities for networking, by building something together, onsite, through the common interest groups.

There will be multiple Student Affairs Technology Unconference events happening throughout the US and Canada in 2014! What started in Boston in 2011 with one event has expanded to multiple events and counting throughout the US and Canada!  Join us!
